The HLA Institute, founded by Rose Genomics Corp. Ltd. in 2019, invites applications for highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellows to join our cutting-edge research team. We focus on the intersection of HLA/SLA genetics, transplant immunology, and computational genomics. The successful candidate will lead projects involving high-resolution HLA/SLA genotyping algorithm development, single-cell multi-omics analysis of transplant rejection, and KIR–HLA interaction modeling. A unique emphasis is placed on xenotransplantation compatibility, utilizing NGS-based approaches to decipher pig-to-human immunogenicity and monitor post-transplant rejection dynamics. Applicants with a strong background in bioinformatics, immunogenetics, or molecular biology, and a track record of publications, are encouraged to apply.
